About this resource
Years after her grandmother Gwen vanished in the same park where an impossible adventure once began, Gwendolyn cannot let go of the mystery. Armed only with family stories, a treasured annals book, and her own determination, she begins searching for the missing dagger that may lead her into the hidden world her grandmother claimed was real.
When Gwendolyn finally uncovers the dagger and follows its guidance, she finds that her grandmother's world truly exists and that old friendships, unfinished stories, and new dangers are waiting for her there. Reunions soon give way to fresh challenges as kingdoms face political upheaval, loyalties are tested, and unexpected threats force ordinary people to act with courage, wisdom, and resolve.
The Missing Dagger continues the story begun in The Dragon in the Meadow with a sweeping fantasy adventure filled with dragons, hidden realms, royal intrigue, friendship, and faith. Keith Hall expands the world of the first book while introducing a new generation of characters who must discover whether they are ready to carry forward the legacy placed in their hands.
